Terms of service

The terms for using Trusq, provided by YRproject B.V. Free during early access; Dutch law.

The service

Trusq monitors EU regulation affecting the AI systems you register, tells you per system what changed and what to do, drafts evidence (AI-drafted, human-approved), and answers questions with cited sources. Provided by YRproject B.V. (KvK 97813974), IJsseldijk 402, 2922 BN Krimpen aan den IJssel, the Netherlands.

Not legal advice

Trusq provides information and indications of likely attention points, not legal advice. A competent supervisory authority or court always has the final say. You remain responsible for your compliance decisions. We do not warrant completeness or that information is error-free at every moment, though every conclusion links to its primary source.

Your account & acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach security or other tenants' isolation, or scrape or resell it without permission.

Your data

Compliance data you enter remains yours; we process it as your processor under a Data Processing Agreement entered into at onboarding for business customers. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

AI output

AI-drafted documents and answers are drafts and aids that require your review and approval. You are responsible for what you adopt or publish from them.

Fees

Trusq is free during early access. Any future paid plans will be agreed separately before they apply.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Term & termination

Either party may terminate by notice. On termination we return or delete your data in line with the Data Processing Agreement and our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 27 June 2026.
