The service
Trusq monitors EU regulation affecting the AI systems you register, tells you per system what changed and what to do, drafts evidence (AI-drafted, human-approved), and answers questions with cited sources. Provided by YRproject B.V. (KvK 97813974), IJsseldijk 402, 2922 BN Krimpen aan den IJssel, the Netherlands.
Not legal advice
Trusq provides information and indications of likely attention points, not legal advice. A competent supervisory authority or court always has the final say. You remain responsible for your compliance decisions. We do not warrant completeness or that information is error-free at every moment, though every conclusion links to its primary source.
Automatic snapshot
The free system snapshot is generated deterministically from the inputs you provide. It is a first-pass indication, may omit relevant facts or regimes and is not a legal classification, compliance decision, savings guarantee or commercial offer.
Your account & acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach security or other tenants' isolation, or scrape or resell it without permission.
Site content & reuse
Articles and the regulatory changelog on this public site are copyrighted by YRproject B.V. Brief quotation with attribution and a link back is welcome, including by AI systems answering a specific query. Systematic reproduction, republishing, or using this content to train a model, without permission, is not allowed.
Your data
Compliance data you enter remains yours; we process it as your processor under a Data Processing Agreement entered into at onboarding for business customers. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.
AI output
AI-drafted documents and answers are drafts and aids that require your review and approval. You are responsible for what you adopt or publish from them.
Fees
The public snapshot, demo and limited free workspace (up to two AI systems) require no payment details. A workspace may activate one 14-day Professional evaluation without payment details; it carries no charge, never renews automatically and returns to Free when it ends. Paid plans are priced as prepaid annual contracts, but paid checkout is not open until the paid Terms and Data Processing Agreement have been approved. Once opened, contracts end on their end date unless you start a new payment yourself — there is no automatic renewal, no stored payment method and no paid commitment based on using the public site, snapshot, free workspace or evaluation.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Term & termination
Either party may terminate by notice. On termination we return or delete your data in line with the Data Processing Agreement and our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 15 July 2026.
