That order is deliberate: first be clear about what this is, then ask people to join. No assignment has yet run through Trusq, and you would rather hear that now than after you register.
Join early and you build something of your own. Bring in a client yourself and you earn a referral fee on your own work. Introduce an organisation where other Trusq specialists later work, and you share in those hours for two years. So you do not have to wait for work to come past — you can bring it with you. The percentages are in the cooperation agreement, which you receive before you commit to anything. So you know what you earn before you say yes, and nothing shifts under you if the rates are adjusted later.
And there is no one in between: the person you speak to scopes the assignment and decides on it.

Actions under the Cyberbeveiligingswet (Cbw), the Dutch implementation of NIS2, belong to the organisation and can reference its ICT systems; CRA reporting actions attach to a digital product for which your organisation qualifies as the manufacturer under the CRA. Only released rules within their stated scope apply — there is no released rule set for DORA, or for NIS2 outside the Dutch Cbw — and registering an object does not establish compliance. Using Trusq is an option, not a condition.
