About Trusq

Compliance that keeps itself current

Trusq exists because compliance goes stale the moment it is written down. EU digital regulation moves constantly — the AI Act, NIS2, DORA, the Data Act, the Cyber Resilience Act and more. Trusq watches that movement for you and tells you, per system, what changed and what to do — every conclusion traceable to its primary source.

What we believe

Compliance software should show its work. Every finding in Trusq links to the official text on EUR-Lex — the instrument, the article, the version — so you, your board or a regulator can check it. No black box, no unsourced verdicts. That is the whole point.

From the founder

“I built Trusq because EU digital regulation now moves faster than any team can track by hand — and the existing answers are either a US-hosted black box or a point-in-time legal opinion that ages the day it’s written. Trusq is a European regulatory-intelligence product company: we watch the primary sources continuously, keep everything traceable, and process it entirely within the EU. I onboard our founding customers personally, and my commitment is simple — if Trusq can’t point you to the source, it won’t make the claim.”

How it stays current

Trusq monitors the primary EU sources continuously, verifies each signal against its source, filters the noise and publishes only what clears the bar. You can see exactly how that works, with live figures, on How Trusq stays current, and the dated output on the updates feed.

EU-sovereign by design

Your data is processed and hosted within the European Union, and every sub-processor we rely on is EU-based — hosting, the AI layer and email alike. The proof, provider by provider, is on our trust & data page.
