Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 has been amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (Digital Omnibus on AI), in force since 27 July 2026. It changes 38 provisions; each affected page below carries a notice. It also inserts Article 4a, Article 60a, Article 75a and Annex XIV, which have no page here because they are not part of the 2024/1689 text this library reproduces.
