Privacy statement

YRproject B.V. (Dutch CoC 97813974) respects your privacy. In short: we use no advertising trackers and no cookies; we do run privacy-first, cookieless visitor statistics (self-hosted Umami) on our own EU servers, without personal data. We do not share your data for marketing. Course payments are handled by Mollie as our payment provider.

Who we are

The data controller is YRproject B.V. (CoC 97813974). Questions or requests: redactie@yrproject.nl.

What data we process

Basis and purpose

We process your email on the basis of your consent, to fulfil your sign-up. Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (security and statistics). The scan and radar run entirely locally in your browser; that data does not leave your device and does not reach us.

No trackers; payment via Mollie

We use no tracking or advertising cookies, no third-party analytics and no social-media pixels. If you buy the course, we process your name, email and (optionally) company name; the payment is handled by Mollie B.V. as our payment provider (processor) under their own privacy policy โ€” we never receive full card/account details. We keep invoice and purchase data for 7 years (statutory tax retention). We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing. Other data is kept on our own servers in the EU.

Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept no longer than needed for security and statistics.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email redactie@yrproject.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Changes

We may update this statement; the current version is always here. Last updated: 22 June 2026.
